(a United States of America Fiduciary International LLC Company) are committed the
conservation of one of our most prized natural
resources - WATER.
Everyday, somewhere in Australia or around the
world, someone is using potentially
HARMFUL CHEMICALS,
such as Anti-Foul Paints and Chemicals, on
Vessel Hulls, Shafts and Propellers
Take a stand now Against
Using such
Petroleum / Chemical Based products in our Waterways

Anti-Foul will
give under water protection from fouling – Plus
General Rigging and Prop Protection against
Oxidization, Electrolysis Barnacle Encrustation
on your vessel for up to 6 to 8*
months.
Suitable for:
 |
Propellers, Prop Shafts, Rudders, Trim tabs, Out drives, Compatible with bronze, stainless
steel, aluminum and paint |
 |
AYMGI
'Formula' is the ideal marine coating
because of its proven ability to resist acid
etching. |
 |
Subsequent reapplication requires no special hull
treatment such as sanding / grinding etc.
|
 |
AYMGI 'Formula'
Marine Coating will virtually eliminate
electrolysis—a little spray will stop this
problem. |
 |
AYMGI
'Formula' will in most cases provide a drag
co-efficient reduction on high speed vessels
such as passenger cat ferries etc.
|
 |
This drag reduction allows the vessel to slip
through the water much easier, this then
reduces fuel usage which will benefit the
operator of the vessel significantly.
|
Preparation & Application:
 |
All vessels which has been in seawater,
should first be washed with liquid chloride
(Ratio 3:1). |
 |
This is to ensure any microscopic spores are
killed / removed. |
For previously Anti-Fouled Hulls:
 |
Marine growth of any type and residual anti-foul
must be removed. |
 |
Surface must be touch dry before application. |
2 types of application is possible:
 |
Roller or Brush application.
AYMGI must
be soften or melted by using either hot
water to warm the tub or a hot (flat) frying
for Roller application. |
 |
A manual spray or compressor style may be used. |
Reapplication:
 |
Hot pressure washer / Steam cleaner. |
 |
Surface blasting or hand washing. |
 |
Water temperature must be above 60 degrees
Celsius. |
Maintenance:
 |
Static / Moored Hulls must be inspected every 4 to
8 weeks. |
 |
Depending on water, tidal, area conditions. |
 |
Marine growth can vary according to the
environment.
Hull
may be wiped down, thus leaving the
AYMGI
attached to the
surface . |
 |
12* to
15* months shelf life on vessel. |
*Environment conditions play a vital role in fouling of any
vessel.
Aluminum Hulls:
 |
Surface must be clean and Dry. |
 |
Aluminum cleaner may need to be used for any heavy
oxidization. |
 |
Then apply
AYMGI according to application description. |
Fiberglass Hulls:
 |
New / Untreated Hulls will require a Gelcote
Sealer. |
 |
Surface must be Clean and Dry. |
 |
No reported instance have been reported as to
reactions with Gelcote. |
 |
If unsure, test in an inconspicuous area for
reactivity. |
Take the first step today in
making the worlds waterways a better place, both for
future generations and us.
In our opinion
Chemical / Petroleum based Anti-Fouls
DO NOT BELONG in
our Waterways!
Neither should they need to be
applied to:
 |
Fishing Trawlers |
 |
Oyster cages * |
 |
Mussel barges * |
 |
Lobster nets * |
